Welcome to our vibrant range of classes designed for all ages! Our sensory for babies encourage exploration and development through engaging activities. For early years, our creative classes spark imagination and nurture artistic expression. Our contemporary classes cater to both children and adults offering a dynamic environment to learn and grow in the world of dance. Join for a fun and enriching experience

Sensory Classes for Babies

We create multisensory environments where babies can explore movement and dance with their whole bodies and all their senses. Every baby’s journey is different; therefore our classes overlap ages and developmental milestones. Classes from birth to walking.

Early Year Creative Dance

Each session will explore movement in a new way and help to develop physical skills, harness musicality and empower confidence in young children. Each week we go on an adventure! On a safari, into the ocean, to the park, into outer space! We work on physical and social skills. Developing balance, co-ordination, fine and gross motor skills, listening skills.

Junior & Intermediate Contemporary

Contemporary dance gives children the freedom to move, imagine, and express themselves in exciting new ways, it encourages creativity, coordination, and confidence — all while having fun!

Ballet

During our fun creative ballet classes, we introduce the children to the principles of Ballet technique, music and rhythm. We teach ballet through fun exercises, games and routines using modern and contemporary music. Our classes combine the perfect amount of technique and artistic expression

Adult Contemporary

A dynamic, lyrical and expressive dance style to strengthen the body as well as stimulate creativity and musicality. Classes focus on contemporary technique such as floor work, release and Cunningham. The class is shaped to incorporate technique work and travel, as well as a longer phrase of choreography at the end.

After School Dance Clubs

Get in touch to discuss a dance club at your school. We run several successful dance clubs at local schools in Dorset. Participants from our dance clubs are invited to join us in our dance shows.
